What does it cost to attend the Symposium?
For PSIvet Members
The cost is $595.
For Non-Members
The cost is $895.
For VetSuite Members
The cost is $295.
What does the Symposium registration fee include?
The Symposium registration fee covers access to all speaker sessions and continuing education (CE), meals, snacks during breaks, entry to the tradeshow, and admission to evening events and receptions.
Can I bring my spouse or partner to the meeting?
Yes! With a guest registration, spouses are welcome to attend social functions each evening. If the spouse or partner is also the Practice Manager and wants to attend the sessions, the full registration fee must be paid. However, the Symposium, any related educational sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and breaks are strictly limited to PSIvet Member-Owners, Practice Managers, and Partners.
Can I bring my Practice Manager to the meeting?
Yes! PSIvet Member Practice Owners are encouraged to have their Practice Managers participate. A Practice Manager may obtain their own seat without the PSIvet Member Practice Owner. During the registration process, it is encouraged that the PSIvet Member Practice Owner register first, but if that is not feasible, then the Practice Manager can register on their own with the practice credentials.
What is the dress code for the PSIvet Business Symposium?
Business casual attire is encouraged for all sessions.
Is transportation to and from the Symposium being provided?
No, but the Symposium is conveniently located in downtown Louisville for an easy commute.
Payment
When is my credit card charged for the Symposium?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of completing registration.
What is the Symposium cancellation policy?

Which hotel should I stay at?
We recommend staying at The Omni Louisville Hotel in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. All of the sessions and meals will be hosted at the hotel and there will be a special rate for booking with PSIvet after registering.
What is the room rate at the Omni Louisville Hotel?
Symposium attendees will receive discounted room pricing of $259 per night at the Omni Hotel. You will receive a link to make your hotel reservation at the discounted price in your Symposium registration confirmation email. This room rate is available from October 6 through October 15, so you are welcome to extend your stay to enjoy the Louisville area.
Should I contact the hotel directly to make my reservation?
You will need to book your hotel reservation directly. Please use the link provided upon your registration confirmation to access the special room rate.
Is an internet connection available in the guest rooms?
The Omni Louisville Hotel offers free and paid WiFi.
Where can I park if I’m driving?
All parking at the hotel is conducted by valet. The current overnight rate for valet parking is $45.00 plus tax per vehicle, per night. The parking rates that are in effect during the dates of the Symposium may be greater or less and will be applicable to those who choose to park at the hotel. Valet rates are subject to change. These payments may be subject to applicable taxes.
Which airport should I fly into?
The Omni Louiville Hotel is located just under 6 miles from the Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF), making it an approximately 10-minute drive to the hotel from the airport.
