Pet Insurance Participation Agreement

To become a participating PSI/ASPCA Pet Health Insurance Partnership Program Participant (“Participating Clinic”) you must:

• Complete an initial educational staff “Lunch and Learn” when joining the program.
  
  
• Agree to prominently display ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance materials within the hospital waiting room and/or exam room.
  
  
• Participating Clinics can earn up to $300 from PSI each quarter by simply meeting with your ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance Program Representative quarterly so that we can support your clinic’s pet insurance needs AND
  
  
• Choose and conduct any of the below verifiable activities and earn $50 per quarter for each item completed!
  
  
  • Two Social Media Posts to clinic Facebook page per calendar quarter (Bonus: Register for Promoboxx to automatically post ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance Content at no cost to your practice and earn an additional one-time payment of $150)
    
    
  • Send one approved ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance program email to your clients per calendar quarter and copy your account representative.
    
    
  • Display our Digging into Pet Insurance Video or ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance Program banner ad on your clinic’s website to educate your clients about pet insurance.
    
    
  • Set up a Pet Insurance Education Display or Bulletin Board using ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance materials*.
    
    
  • Share a pet insurance success story or testimonial via email.
    
    
  • Wear your “Ask me about Pet insurance” button daily throughout the quarter*.

    *To validate completion of this item, send a photo to your ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance representative by end of the quarter.

Clinic is indicating its intent to participate in the Pet Insurance Recommended Supplier Initiative developed by the providers of ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance and PSIvet and understands that each completed item is worth $50 per quarter.
